The Five Star management team is happy to offer a free trial class to students. There is no obligation to continue if the class is not 100% to your satisfaction.
The philosophy of the gym is to create a positive, happy experience for all who participate.
To sign up for a free class today:
- Call to arrange a time for your visit (859) 647-0660
- Submit the membership form
- Arrive a few minutes before class and be prepared for a positive experience!
The membership form includes parental/guardian consent for participation in the class and is required.

Locate the Five Star gym on a map, or get driving directions.
If the trial class is to your satisfaction and the student plans to continue, then tuition for the remainder of the current session and the annual enrollment fee is due after the class.
