Five Star All-Star Cheerleading
Try-outs are held annually in April. Practices begin in May and Competitions begin in September. The teams typically attend more than 10 regional meets starting in September and working toward Nationals which are held in March. The season wraps up in April with a team banquet (just before the next season is about to start).
Preparation
The cheerleading program is competitive in nature and demanding. Those interested in preparing for try-outs are encouraged to work on their tumbling and cheer skills.
There are no set skills required to make a squad, and there are opportunities to learn along the way. However, the cheerleaders on the squad tend to have years of experience and are dedicated to being the best they can be.
Squads
- Twinkle Squad – Ages 4–5
- Mini Squad – 8 Years and Younger
- Youth Squad – 11 Years and Younger
- Junior Squad – 14 Years and Younger
- Senior Squad – 18 Years and Younger
